Interview Tip:

  • As an Enterprise Architect, my day is a balance of strategic planning, governance, design review, and stakeholder engagement. I start by checking dashboards and prioritizing tasks, then spend time with with CXOs and business teams to align technology with business outcomes, align projects with business KPIs… mid-day I focus on architecture & design reviews,I spend time review solution designs for standards and compliance, ensure CI/CD pipelines incorporate EA checks like Policy-as-Code and Terraform, and continuously monitor maturity and gaps and embedding EA into delivery pipelines, and later I plan roadmaps, mentor architects, participate in guilds, and explore emerging technologies to keep the enterprise architecture innovative, compliant, explore emerging tech and delivery-ready
