  1. Business Alignment & Outcomes

    1. Drive business-IT alignment by mapping capabilities to applications/services.

    2. Ensure digital transformation initiatives deliver faster time-to-market (20–30% reduction).

    3. Achieve measurable cost savings (20–30% infra & license optimization).

  2. Technology Modernization

    1. Modernize monolith applications into microservices using CAST & vFunction analysis.

    2. Cloud adoption KPIs: % of workloads migrated to Azure/AWS/GCP, meeting Well-Architected Framework standards.

    3. Increase in system availability & resilience (target 99.95% uptime).

  3. Operational Excellence

    1. Improve operational efficiency by 25–30% through automation & DevSecOps pipelines.

    2. Reduce MTTR (Mean Time to Recovery) by 40%.

    3. Drive security KPIs → 40% fewer incidents, 100% adherence to compliance (PCI, SEBI, RBI, GDPR).

  4. Delivery & Governance

    1. Define and enforce enterprise principles, standards & governance models.

Situation:In my role as an Enterprise Architect, I was leading application modernization and digital transformation programs for BFSI clients, where the mandate was to move from monolithic, legacy systems to a scalable, secure cloud-native microservices architecture.
